Have Chest Pain, Unable To Sleep On Back, Chest Feels Sinking, Breathless. Told Have Costochondritis

Hi. About four months ago I started getting chest pains constantly for days at a time. I can't sleep on my back because my chest feels really weird like its sinking in and I can't breathe. I went to a clinic and they told me I have costochondritis. I still have chest pains all the time and I still can't sleep on my back.

Did they do a chest x-ray? Maybe you could try taking Advil or Alleve for a week according to the recommendations on the bottle to see if that helps your sypmtoms.
