Have burning armpit, painful spot, tickling around jaw, something to worry since close to heart?

Hi i have this burning feeling around my left armpit where there is one painfull spot which hurts when i press it.
Also i have this tickly feeling around the outside of my leftjaw
Now i dont know if this tickling is caused my longterm hyperventilation of these last 2 days or if it is really something i should be worrying about because the burning feeling is somewhat near to my heart.
Sorry for the bad english and thanks in advance.
Greetings Mark

Dear Mark
Thanks for writing to us.
1. A burning feeling in armpit with a painful spot which is tender to touch is surely not related to your heart. but you must see your physician to know what it is and why it is so.
2. tickling near jaw can result from hyperventilation. pain of upper jaw can not be because of heart but pain in lower jaw may occur in heart attack / angina. the characteristic feature of anginal discomfort will be that it comes with exertion/ emotional stress and disappears with rest. it should last for sometime like at least 3-5 minutes and should not be provoked locally by eating. A prolonged tingling for hours together without any other problem will also be disfavoring heart pain, as heart pain for hours together should result in full heart attack.
hope i cleared your doubts.
