Have Bump In Nape With Black Hole, Smell. Told Nothing To Worry.What Is It?

hello sir...i just want to know what exactly this bump in the nape of my husband with a black hole in the center and causing a bad a smell..we ask about it..in 1 dr here in our place but the dr said its nothing and no need to worry about it..but its makes me worry bcoz of the bad smell coming from the whole of it.thank you sir

hi there, your discription seems to be suggestive of a sebeceous cyst and it in not a malignant condition but at the same time it will not subside on its own. You will need to visit a general surgeon who can excise it and send it for histopathological exam.hope this helps.Take care.
