Have Broken Arm, Wrist. Had Bad Lateral Fracture, Significant Soft Tissue Damage. Suggestions?
I have a broken arm/ wrist .. yes both. This happen 11/10 and I have broken my wrist multiple times before, but now I am 52, I guess the lateral fracture was bad and the soft tissue damage significant. The pain meds don t work very well why is that never mind, I dont have money to pay... that is the problem with my treatment.
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain medicines will not help you much as long as the fracture fragments are not properly aligned. You need to give adequate rest to the wrist with splinting to avoid any displacement of the fractured fragments to avoid pain.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
