SUFFRERING FROM HUGE PHLEM. CHEST X RAY SAYS MILD UNFOLDING AORTA AND FEW RIGHT PAR-HILLAR ILL-DEFIND INFILTRATES ARE SEEN. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ? I HAVE VERY MILD BREATHING PROBLEM. THREE FOUR YAWNINGS SET RIGHT THE BREATHING PROBLEM BEFORE SLEEP. I SNORE MORE. TWO TMES DURING LAST MONTH WHEN I VOMITTED PHLEM LITTLE BLOOD TOO CAME OUT THROUGH NOSE .

Unfolding of aorta is normal for age.
The main problem is infiltrates which we should worry about.
Go for one week antibiotic course after consulting with chest physician.
If not resolved go for CECT CHEST.
