Have Body Ache, Stuffed Nose, Dizziness. Symptoms Or Flu?

Hi, I m feeling really odd today. My whole families sick so that could have something to do with it but the symptoms commonly associated with the flu like acheyness fevers and stuffy nose aren t happening to me, I woke up this morning feeling cold and drenched in sweat, when I got up I had to sit back down because I was so lightheaded and dizzy I almost fell over. Then after a couple minutes I started salivating excessively and felt like I was going to vomit so I stumbled to my bathroom and sat for a few minutes until I realized It wasn t going to happen. I ve been trying to carry on with my day as usual but I figured it might be something to look into before it gets worse. Also I have this dreamlike feeling where everything s kind of groggy and it feels like I m in a dream.

Hello
you had an episode of fever at night which reduced by itself resulting to your sweating at morning.i would say you are suffering from viral infection.sorry to say that there is only symptomatic relief in such cases.but good news is within next 4-7 days you will recover completely.
