Have Body Ache, Running Tummy, Vaginal Bleeding, Nausea. Pregnant?

Hi Dr. I stopped using melodene contraceptive two weeks ago and I had a body ache like I ws coming down with flu but I didn't get flu instead I had running tummy and I ws bleeding last weekend for 2 day.this morning I woke up at 04:00 with nausea n running tummy and body ache, am I pregnant Dr or just not feeling well?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
The chances of pregnancy have always been there with unprotected sex.
In your case chances of pregnancy are there because you are not using any type of contraceptive method.
You should consult a gynaecologist for urine, blood test and ultrasonography to rule out pregnancy.
