Have Blurred Vision, Weakness, Nausea, Gas, Loss Of Appetite And Green Things In Stool. IBD Symptoms?

I noticed the past month I have had fluffy white and green things connected to my stool. I have been having blurred vision , weakness, bloating , nasuea, gas and loss of appetite . I have been excercising normally doing cardio and my eating has not been bad. I eat within the 1200 calories. I researched some stuff about IBD and wanted your opinion

Yes ,it can be irritable bowel disease, although this diagnosis is not established unless someone has been properly investigated to rule out any organic cause.

I will advise you to go for complete blood count, stool examination, ultrasound of the abdomen etc. to rule out any potential curable cause.
