Have Blood And Protein In Urine. Why? Diagnosed With Poor Compliance Bladder. Further?
Hi, i am 30 yrs female. From last 1 year , i have problem of blood and protein in urine . Also, not able pass the complte urine from 4-5 months.Some amount retains. Now after One year, I have been diagnosed with Poor compliance bladder , BOO. Doctor has prescribed me Dynapres 0.4 mg for 3 month (OD). Is it a serious problem, as doctor hasnt told me anything. Also got disc herniation problem 8 months back.

Blood and protein means usually infection in the urine.
This could be worsened by the retained urine.
If the medicines do not help, you may need intermittent self catheterization to prevent recurrent infection, promote bladder emptying ad preserve the kidneys.
