Have Blood And Mucus In Stool. Have Hemorrhoids. Worried

HI , I just went to the hospital for blood and mucus in my stool ......I just had a scope in my bowl last year in April and everything was normal. The Dr didn t know why I have it and have sent me for a bowl sample to check for bacteria. I have done a little research and most people with a bacteria in the bowl have diarrhea which I don t have diarrhea.....I do have hemorrhoids and the Dr said it was pretty bad due to having kids. I am worried but realize that I just had it checked, blood work was fine too. can you give me any other advice. Thanks

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).

You haven't mentioned what is the degree (grade) of hemorrhoids. If it is grade 4 go fur surgical management. However if the grade is 1 to 3 then, make your stool soft by taking a laxative like syrup cremaffin plus, and also take a phlebotropic agent like daflon
