Have Bloating, Back Pain And Pain During Urination

Hello, I have pain when I urinate, more so at the end. I also fell bloated and have back and pelvic pain. It comes and goes. I have had this on 5 different occasions in the last two years. Test was negative for UTI. I have had a hysterectomy and ovaries were removed.

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by UTI (can be ruled out if urine culture is done) or by urinary tract stones.
Stones can be small enough to be invisible in the ultrasound (if any was done). The pain appears suddenly and is quite strong. Can radiate to the groin.

I suggest you to have urine analysis after such pain episode (red blood cells should be present) and abdominal ultrasound. You should also increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.
Physical activity can help with stones prevention (as gravity helps with its excretion).

Hope this will help.
Regards.
