Have Blemish Patchy Skin, Most Affected Face And Hand Due To SLE. Taken TSA Treatment But No Help

ihave a blemish patchy skin over all my body. most affected face and hand dut to SLE. i want to getrid of my skin problem for this purpose i had taken several beautyparlor and darmatologist treatment, i have take 12% TSA treatment for four time. but when i stop the treatment my skin remains blemished. please tell me any stable treatment to remove permanently my face and hand blamishing.

Hi.blemishes on the face is called discoid rash which presents as erythematous rash on the face in butterfly fashion.it is one of the pathogmonic feature of sle which is a connective tissue disorder.it is mainly due to photodermatoses.apply a sunsceen of spf more than 40 in the morning and application of flutivate ointment in the night can cure it.use hydroxychloroquine 200 mg twice daily can cure it.try co2 laser if no response
