Have Bladder Incontinence. History Of Hysterectomy And Gastric Bypass Surgery. Help

I have been suffering with bladder incontinence for at least 6 years. The problem seems to be worse at times to where I am changing my protective pad several times a day and having accidents even with protection. I don't seem to get a normal signal about when I have to go, or when I get the first signal, the urge is so great that I can barely walk without having total loss of control thus any kind of bladder protective pads I have tried cannot contain the urine fast enough and I have a total accident. I have lost track of the times I have been humiliated with this problem. I am 52 years old and had a complete hysterectomy at the age of 40, and also had my bladder tacked up at that time. I also underwent gastric bypass surgery where I lost a great deal of weight but still had an apron of heavy skin around my mid section which I felt may be part of my dilemma also. The quality of my life is rapidly declining. Please help. I am a recent widow, and have applied for SS benifits but have no medical insurance to go to the doctor at this time. I am wondering if this severe bladder incontinence could also be a sign of possibly MS for I am also having more and more blurred vision. Thank you and I am looking eagerly forward to a response. P. Hi, the incontenance may not be due to the cause of M.S.but the incontenance may be the cause of incontenance.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and anti oxidants with the assumption of getting well, Because something has to be done as a trial. Thank you.
