Hi,
From what I can tell you suffer from chronic daily
headaches, these are further subdivided into -
-chronic migraine
-chronic tension type headache
-new daily persistent headache
-
Hemicrania continua
There are many causes for headaches with the most common being because of other diseases or problems in your body
Another important cause nowadays is rebound headaches - Which happens because many people who have frequent headaches are actually experiencing a rebound effect from taking pain medication too often. If you're taking pain killers more than 3 days a week, it is quite possible to develop this condition.
By the way has your doctor asked you take an MRI or CT scan yet? An EEG can also be helpful to find the cause of your headaches.
Besides the usual medication for headaches (beta blockers, anti depressants, NSAIDs) other
alternative treatments that have shown promise are -
acupuncture,
meditation, massages etc (but before pursuing these be sure to consult your doctor)
Other than this you can take preventive measures like-
-avoiding known headache triggers
-sleeping properly
-dont over medicate yourself
-relax
-reduce stress
-reduce caffeine intake
-eat properly, dont skip meals
I hope this information helps you.
