Have Been Pacing, Screaming And Self Very Abusive. Have Diagnosed As Akathisa And Advised Propanol. What To Do?

hello, i have a 28 yr old autistic son who has been diagnosed with akathisia. he is suffering terribly. the neurologist has him on propanolol 120mg time released a day.he is still screaming and pacing and is very self abusive. the doctor is not sure what else to do. is there a doctor in the cleveland akron ohio area who can help with the akathisia along with autism?
