Have Been Diagnosed With Focal Dystonia Where The Pain Increases Day By Day

Hi, My name is Elizabeth I was recently diagnosed with focal dystonia. It is basicaly a pain in the butt since that is where my dystonia is taking place. I have tried everything, from botox to acupuncture. Different meds, gabapentin to many others. Basically, nothing has touched the pain. It gets worse everyday. I just don t feel like the same person anymore. I feel like a b****...since that is what chronic pain is. I am a 61 year old woman. Very active. At least I was. Now it s hard to walk my dog. I heard about LDN (Low Dose Naltroxone)...supposed to help many different ailments. What do you think about LDN Do you know of anything else that helps to alleviate the pain that dysonia causes. Thank You, Elizabeth

Hi,Welcome to health care magic forum.
You are suffering with focal dystonia, and it is really difficult to treat, and difficult to manage.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically along with pain medication. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment of pain management.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till the pains are completely controlled.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
