Have Bacterial Pneumonia, Have Fybromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, Swelling In Body, Bloated. What Is Wrong?
Hi am 54 years old got struck down with bacterial pneumonia 7 months ago and stopped smoking since then my Fybromyalgia has got worse and I have osteoarthritis of the spine feel totally exhausted all the time , and feel like my body is swelling up in the heat back legs stomach feels like its bloated also , I know I have gained weight because I m not smoking now but feel so uncomfortable all the time, and in pain.
Risk Factors for Fibromyalgia to aggravate, exact cause is unknown, are as below----
Family history of fibromyalgia
Depression
Personal history of psychiatric disorders
Since you quit smoking ,you feel symptoms have increased- this points to some distress, mild depression on giving up favorite habit as you were dependent on it probably.Quitting is remarkably good to lessen symptoms of arthritis, muscle and joint pains, but in case you are depressed,it will aggravate symptoms of fibromyalgia .So any how be happy and take mild anti-depressants/anti-anxiety/tranquilizer after advise from a doctor/physician
