Have Back Pain, Cramps, Bleeding. On Depo Shot. Will I Be Okay?

I am on the depo shot and this is like my fifth one I never had this happen before but I have back pain severe where I can t move it cramps up and I can t move I was bleeding dark brown for three days and now I woke up today and its bright red and no clots and I m having pain on my left side of my stomach what could this be please help
