Have Arrhythmia, Heart Skips Badly, Feel Anxiety, Unable To Breath Normally. What To Do?

Hello, I have arrhythmia , I think, just feels like my heart suddenly skips really bad and I feel anxiety and almost like I can t breath normally, lately I have been experiencing it more frequently and I don t know if it might be because my period is coming really soon or if it is something I should worry more about. Either way it feels very u pleasant to have these weird palpitations so continuously right now! What should I do?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Irregular heart beats need to be DOCUMENTED by ElectroCardioGram (ECG / EKG).
THE FIRST STEP IS TO SEE A CARDIOLOGIST
Physical examination / EKG /HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance. The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
