Acne flare ups are quite common premenstrually and having three to four acne lesion prior to your periods is normal. To have acne free skin, follow a regular skin care routine-
Use a salicylic acid based face wash
Use water based moisturiser to keep face well hydrated
Get your whiteheads and blackheads extracted on regular basis
Oral isotretinoin and/or oral antibiotic may be required if acne is severe
Use benzac ac gel in morning and deriva gel in night over acne lesions as well as acne prone areas.
Hope that helps you out with your query. Take care.
