Ayurveda Specialist 's  Response
Acidity , also known as heartburn occurs due to excessive acid formation in stomach that irritates the gastro intestinal lining, causing a blazing pain. It is more common in highly emotional and nervous individuals.
The causes of acidity may be eating rich and spicy food, over eating or non-vegetarian diets, skipping meals or remaining in empty for long, obesity that puts much pressure on the digestive tract, intake of alcohol or coffeine or tobacco, disease like hernia etc.
Remedies for acidity,
1.A glass of cold milk gives instant relief from this problem.
2.Drinking coconut water relieves acidity
3.Every meal should be followed by a drink of fresh mint juice
4.Banana or watermelons for acidity.
5.Drink butter milk added with asofetada powder after meals

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You can take Omex - 20 mg twice for a day or two and then once for a few days.
However, you must see a doctor, get examined and have an ECG - to exclude heart disease...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
