Have aching legs, back pain, pain in pelvis. Have regular periods. What could be wrong?

Hi, just before my period I had 5 days of extreme aching legs and lower back pain . Had my period which mostly consisted of like a dark discharge period is now over but I've been getting severe sharp pains in my pelvis area on the right side for the last 4 days I'm urinating a lot and feel slightly nauseated but the pain is now just relatively dull but still sore boobs either typically like pregnancy...what could be wrong?
