Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

Your ECG was abnormal 1 year back, and Echo study was normal. Every thing depend on your history and risk factors like age,High BP, Diabetes and smoking.

It would be advisable to go for screening test like Tread mill test to see how heart is working at work load of fast heart rate.

If every thing is fine just follow good healthy life style and medical check up yearly.

Take care

Good Luck.
