Have Abdominal Stomach Pain, Bloating, Gas, Constipation. No Nausea

I have stomach pain in upper center area of abdomen and some under left rib. Off and on for a few years but worse last month. Very gassy and bloated, worse after eating or hungry. no nausea or vomitting, some mild constipation. Feels like a soccer ball in my stomach. Pain if that of excessive bloating almost a gnawing pain.

Thanks for writing to HCM

You didn't mentioned your age. You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
You need routine hemogram,RBS,Lipid profile,RFT,LFT,Ultrasound of abdomen, Upper GI endoscopy,ECG in all leads.
There may be various reasons for pain.
Cause may be gastric ulcer.However,cardiac and other causes should also be ruled out.
Treatment depends upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
You can take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg once daily after food for one month.
