Hi,
chronic abdominal pain with normal endocscopic findings are usually of a non organic intestianl dysfunctional called functional colopathy. Exercise, rich fibre diet and follow up with a gastro enterologist might be of help. An organic problem really needs to be rules out with other bacteriologic and stool tests.
having cold and sneezing could depend on your environment, whether you are exposed to particular allergens, or allergic to something particular, A family history of such manifestations or a recent change of environment could be important too. This could help rule out any allergic rhinitis or probable asthma. A visit to a pneumologist or internist could be of real help. while waiting to see the gastroenterologist, take a rich fibre diet, exercise, keep warm.
Thanks and be healed,
Luchuo, MD.

thank you.
at first, some thing need to be considered.
have you altered bowel habit, bloody diarrhea, weight loss ?
are you alcoholic?
the most common causes of chronic abd. pain is inflammatory bowel disease, chronic pancreatitis, malabsorption etc. peptic ulcer disease is already excluded by endoscopy.
colonoscopy may help you to evaluate the condition
consult a gastroenterologist.
