Have A Stomach Bug? What Do The CVC Reports Denote?

Our 14 month old seems to have stomach bug. we did a cbc last night and the dr on call said it was normal - but according to the lab ranges, the values are off. I wonder if this is a result of the stomach bug and the fact that he has thrown up everything he tried to eat other than breastmilk , or should we follow up. His last cbc done 6 months ago was normal. wbc Leucocytes came in at 4.9 where normal range is 6-17.5 Neutrophils % came in at 58 where normal range is 17-48 Lymphocytes % came in at 31 where normal range is 67-77 Lymphocytes # came in at 1.5 where normal range is 4-13.5
