I have developed a rash , so to speak. Roughly 3 weeks ago it started as a single red patch of skin on the side of my neck a little less than 1/4 across. Within a couple of days it had grown into an oval about 1/2 x 1 with the original area appearing whitish as if it had been a topical burn such as touching a hot oven rack. About that time I spotted another oval patch in my armpit which developed a whitish patch in the center, as well. At 3 weeks the original patch is now approximately 7/8 x 1.5 and is mostly just red. No other symptoms other than a slight itching when exposed to heat and sweat (working out). The second patch has enlarged a little, but not as much as the original. However, over the past 3 days I have had a succession of new small red patches (8) which are noticeably growing per the previous pattern. These new patches have no recognizable pattern, but are random in placement beginning at armpit level and now extending below the waistline. I have tried a hydrocortisone cream and plain raw aloe , but to no observable benefit.
I have a red area on the back of my legs around where the elastic of my socks was all day. There are little red pin sized dots mixed in the area. Also a little higher on the same leg, there are thin little lines kind of like spider veins (very faint in color). The skin on my legs is very dry and I seem to remember having something similar at other times (when I wear socks with elastic). Should I just watch it or use skin cream or hydrocortisone ointment?
I keep getting random itchy bumps on elbows, side of knees, fingers occasionally, and on the inner part of my upper arm, not on my armpit but between them and my elbows. They appear in clusters and are normally pale or light pink. I put hydrocortisone cream on them but they constantly return. Could this be the result of an environmental trigger or possibly a disease?
All of a sudden my skin from face to feet got hot and red. My hands turned white and the circulation in my hands did not seem right. I got the chills and became very cold and shaky. I took a shower because I thought maybe it was from a body lotion but I have been using it for several weeks. It is called gold bond. This happened on Sunday and again just an hour ago. I have no idea what is going on
I have had deep cysts in my underarms and upper inner thigh area. They are often painful and drain either by pressure or on their own. They typically appear right before I menstruate. I have a cream to apply for treatment but I am wondering if I can get microdermabrasion to help with the discoloration from scarring and for just a smoother unclogged underarm.
