HI, I have recently developed a sore throat ( no tonsils as had them removed) down around my voice box area,
I have been taking the usual paracetamol, honey & lemon linctus etc but it now feels like a mild burning sensation in my lung, its hot when I breath in and feels constricted, No chest problems and not coughing up anything.

It does not sound anything serious. However if the symptoms continue, go in for some routine blood tests and a x ray chest after consulting your physician. You may also take a course of antibiotics in consultations with your physician.
