Hi my name is devin and I am 23. I noticed a hard bump the was kindof purple or blackin the middle on my left pantie line I got in the bath tub ans it poped and it was kind of bloody ans has a yellowish white something mixed In with it my husband said it looked like a really deep ingrown hair bc I shave my vaginal area but I was looking at t and it is still hard around the bump and it now has an open hole in the cenelter what could this be? And how tldo I make it go away?

Hi, it appears to be the fungal infection, would have started even before, and un noticed. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to use the anti fungal systemic drugs, and locally anti fungals, and steroids. Thank you.
