Hello and welcome to HCM,
The recurrence of TB after treatment suggests multidrug or extra multidrug resistant TB.
It is very difficult to say whether your friend will survive or not or till how much time will she survive.
However, multidrug and extra multidrug resistant TB is very difficult to treat since these cases do not respond to the first line drugs for TB.
The second line and other drugs are not as effective as first line drugs and they have many side effects.
Your friend should be managed under a pulmonologist and at chest center eg V P chest institute at New Delhi, KGMC at Lucknow, etc or at center which is close to your place.

Thanks and take care
