I have Rheumatoid Arthritis Sjögren's Syndromeand my husband has Psoriasis. The dry mouth and dry eyes just drive me crazy. But because the fluids in my legs doesnt go up and down like it should my legs are like tree stumps and are very hard if I get hit anywhere on my legs I get this gaping hole that wont heal I go to wound care three time a week to reclean and bandage my leg this is been going on over a year. There has been little improvement I had 4 holes than it turn to 2 large ones now they are starting to bridge between them and become 4 again this is taking a long time Is there anything I can take to help speed up the healing . And what can we do for the Psoriasis there is large patch that almost cover his butt check.
