Have PCOS, Irregular Period, Urinated Tissues, Lower Back Pain, Nausea, Fatigue, Pressure Sensation In Pelvis Area. Gastritis?

I have PCOS and have severely irregular menstrual cycles. For the past few weeks I have been experiencing some symptoms. TMI ALERT!!! When I used the restroom a few weeks ago it looked like I urinated couple of small pieces of tissue it also happened a week later. Currently I am experiencing extreme fatigue, nausea, lower back pain off and on, lower abdominal cramping, and pressure/tug like feeling in pelvic area. These symptoms have been off and on for a few weeks. I took a pregnancy test this week and it was negative. Could this be gastritis or PCOS related issue.

Hi ! I would suggest you get yourself examined by a gynaecologist, who may advise you for a serum HCG measurement as urine test may not be confirmatory specially with your history of passing some tissue like pieces in the urine. Also it is advisable to go for an ultrasound of the abdomen to have more information on your pelvic organs. Till then, you can have some anti inflammatory medicine for your back pain and cramping. Wishing you an early recovery.
