Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. It seems like you have bloating sensation in you stomach. There are two possible reasons for this other than IBS and they are 1. Gastritis and 2. Excessive fat. If you are obese there are ways to lose weight. IBS is a multifactorial disease that needs multipronged approach. This means that your GI physician and a physician that specializes in mental health can best help you with your problem. If you have had an upper GI endoscopy and it is normal it would be recommended that you consult with a psychiatrist to make sure you have no other etiology for this condition. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day!
