Have Fibromyalgia, CHF. Test Result Shows Reactive Mono, EBV, Measles. Symptoms Of Fibro Or Hypothyroidism?

I had a partial thyroidectomy in 2008. I am on a compound RX of reverse T 3. My thyroid test results was 2.8. One doctor says that is low and RX needs increased. Another doctor said that is fine as long as I am not having any symptoms. My hair is thinning, I am exhausted all the time. My weight is gradually increasing. But I have Fibromyalgia and CHF. Tests results showed I had reactivated mono, EBV, parvo and three day measles. My question is how do I know if my symptoms are from the fibro or hypothyroidism?

The symptoms of fibromyalgia is some what not very typical in nature it is more or less nonspecific kind of diffuse pain (Muscular) having functional elements, while hypothyroidism has very typical symptoms can be easily judge like sensitive to cold, puffy face thin hair dry skin, these are the typical symptoms of hypothyroidism, hope this answer would be helpful to you have nice day.
