Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You have enumerated a long list of problems but forgot to mention your age and gender, personal habits, family history...which could influence the outcome... / Your treating doctor alone is best placed to give suggestions, based on his assessment of the situation.
Some suggestions of benefit – A low fat diet / less salt / routine exercise / maintaining ideal weight / stopping tobacco and alcohol / vitamins / regular follow up (review of tests and drugs) with your Internist

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
