Have 4 Stage Lungs Cancer, Spreading In Liver And Trachea. Had Operation For Eye. Now What Is The Treatment?

hello doctor,my uncle 62 years now ,diagnosed as a 4 stage lungscancer its spread in liver , tracea.before 5 months he had an operation for his eye .and removed right one but we don t what is the original problem now the doctors find out this last stage .now when he is talking no sound,before eye operation this sound problem there.then doctor told because of allergy sound problem.now what is the treatment and how long he can live

Good morning
Your uncle has advanced stage of lung cancer.
The cancer has had metastasis to other organs(it has spread to other organs in liver and trachea) this indicator of bad prognosis.
What can be done for now is mainly palliative care.
He will need to see oncologists and counselor for further management.
