Has Pink Bumps Spreading From Arm Pit To Arm And Breasts. What Could This Be?

My daughter showed me small pink bumps that look like small pimples but are spreading from her armpit to arm and her breast . They occasionally itch , but not constantly. She has not used any new products and we have not traveled anywhere new recently. She does work out quite a bit but showers often (teenager). What do you think this might be?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Trunkal acne. I think it would be the acne vulgaris, occuring on trunk.. Tell her to take azithromycine 500 mg three per week before food . , Cap vitamin A thrice a day after food. Apply Vitamin E cream in morning after bath, and benzoyl peroxide gel 2.5 percent at night on the lesions only. Tell her to avoid tension, worries. , to avoid soap bath, can use dettol liquid in bath. I hope she would be benefited. Till good result continue treatment. Ok..
