Has Migraine, Nosebleed. On Paracetamol, Caffeine And Excipient. Is It An Emergency?

My girlfriend has a migraine right now and she just got a nose bleed 20 min ago and 5 min ago she vomited.
She took a pill in the morning to deal with her migraine: 500 paracetamol, 25mg caffeine, chlorohydrate of phenylephrine 5mg, chlorophenamine malate 4mg and and excipient cbp 1 tablet. Should she consult a doctor on basis of an emergency?

Hello,
Thanks for posting to HCM,
Pinch all the soft parts of the nose together between the thumb and index finger.
Hold the nose for at least five minutes. Repeat as necessary until the nose has stopped bleeding.
Apply ice nose to check.
Do not take tab. asprine.
Regards
