Has Huge Sputum And PND,broncoscopy,Lung CT,gastric Endoscopy Showed No Result. Allergic Sinusitis. Had Septoplasty. Problem?

Good day,My father has a problem from 1/5 years ago with huge sputum and PND,broncoscopy,Lung CT,gastric endoscopy showed no result except Allergic sinusitis,he had septoplasty of nose and he was Ok only for two months again sputum is appears which disturb him a lot even during eating food,MRI of head also showed ESS but no other sign of Pituitary dysfunction.Please advise,I am also general practitioner but after so many follow ups with lots of physicians there is no any result.Many thanks

THANKS FOR YOUR QUERY
THERE MUST BE SOME PATHOLOGY IN SINUSES AND NOSE, MANY TIMES WE MISS THE FINDINGS.

AS PATIENT HAS H/O POST NASAL DRIP, STRONGLY SUGGESTIVE OF CHRONIC SINUSITIS, ACTS AS A PRIMARY FOCUS FOR INFECTIONS.

YOU MUST TAKE ENT SPECIALIST CONSULTATION FOR DNE i.e. DIAGNOSTIC NASAL ENDOSCOPY AND SOS CT PNS.

MEAN WHILE TAKE TOPICAL STEROIDAL NASAL SPRAY LIKE MOMETASONE NASAL SPRAY TWICE A DAY.

ALSO TAKE ANTI HISTAMINICS LIKE LEVOCET WITH MONTELUCAST.

ADVICE HIM TO AVOID ALLERGENS LIKE POLLENS, SMOKE, DUST, POLLUTION ETC

AVOID SMOKING AND ALCOHOL.

ALSO STEAM INHALATION IS MUST AS IT IMPROVES NASAL MUCOCILIARY CLEARANCE AND THINS OUT THE MUCUS OR PHLEGM.
