I just worried today i went to doc with my 4 years old daughter they check and told that she needs to wear glasses she has sph +1.50 cyclindrical -0.25 axis 180 (right eye) and sph +1.75 cyclidrical -0.25 axis 180(left eye)
in diet wise she used to drink carrot juices daily health wise she is good dont knw why she got can plz advise me

Your daughter has got hypermetropic astigmatism, a common refractive error seen in children. Carrot being rich source of Vitamin A is required for healthy eyes. However for refractive error she need to wear the glasses regularly and eye check up once in 1 year.
