Greetings of the day

She seems to be suffering from allergic rhinitis and that would have caused the adenoids to enlarge. Avoid allergens like dust and fumes of Mosquito repellents. Wash her bed sheet and pillow covers in hot water and change them daily. Steam inhalation with plain water for 10-15 minutes every session three times a day will definitely benefit her. Give her warm milk with tulsi leaves and turmeric added along with tinge of ginger added.
