Hello,
I don't think it should very difficult to control her blood sugar levels and bring it around 180 ( PP ).
Since she is taking only AMARYL M 1 once a day,the dose can be doubled and be taken twice a day.
Or of she is taking it twice a day,you can double the dose to AMARYL M 2 twice a day.
The levels would come below the target range in next 10 to 15 days.
Discuss about this with your treating doctor.
I hope it helps.
Thanks
