Has Trach Since Birth, Surgeries Failed To Remove It. Can It Be Removed ?

My son is 19 and has had a trach since 6 months of birth, he was premature 26 week, he has several surgeries trying to get the trach removed,no luck. The last major surgery was a rib graft which also failed. He just had a laranoscopy broncoscopy and now the ENT says its formed some type of web which will need laser and some type on ballon procedure, have you ever heard of such a case and is it possible he will ever have the trach removed

first of all i dont know what u mean by a trach. second if u mean a laryngeal or a tracheal web then a laser therapy is the best thing that can help u
