Hard, White, Growing Lump Under The Skin Of Vagina Near Thigh, Hard To Touch. Detected Cyst. Suggest

I have a hard lump under the skin of my vagina but near my thigh. It is hard to the touch It is not painful if I press on it appears white underneath . My doc said warm compresses... and has said that it is a cyst..but recently has begun to grow a little and now irritated when rubbed by my undergarments. there does not appear to be any kind of opening and this has grown over the period of about one year. It was the size of a pea and now just a little larger than a pea size.

Hello,
Thank you for the query. I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. The cyst you have mentioned in my opinion may be a bartholin cyst which we usually see that to grow into big size and patients will identify it because of the size. As it is growing in size very fast and irritating you if you were my patient I will advice incision and drainage. For temporary relief warm sitz baths are advised. Hope this answer satisfies you. Thank you.
