Hard stools with white specks and mucus. Stomach pain. Tests normal. What could this be?

I have had pain for several weeks now in my stomach, side, abdominal area. My stool was very loose for a couple of weeks and now I have hard stool with mucous layer and white specks, what could this be? I had an xray , ultrasound , lft blood test run, urine test, all normal. I can not get into a specialist for another 2 weeks.
