Hard stools, causing discomfort, pain. Remedy?

dear doctor, it has been 4 month i have been suffering of the following symptoms. first allow me to present what happened. i had a lunch very spicy one, next day i was really sick and thought i had to go to a pharmacist. he gave me smecta which made me stop going to toilet fo a week. after a week i went for bowel movement and injured myself, i saw blood after wiping. a week later i started to feel ichiness after each bowel movement and it was really uncofortable, later it was either itchiness or pain , i tried to take antiparasit medecine thinking it was pinwarms but it wasnt, i tried titanoreine and it didnt help, i tried laxative called lansoyl and it helped me soften my stookl which eliminated itchiness and pain. but i stopped and cant find it anymore in pharmacies. today i noticed that even when im seated at work i have feces in my anus and when cleaning it i noticed tiny red dots like tomatoe skin and once cleaning, the pain would decrease slightly. even though im taking another laxative, i still feel my stool are hard and painfull and although they are painfull they are slightly small in size and cause pain and disconfort. please doctor tell me what am i facing and how to find relief.

with the detailed history u have given, i think u r suffering from fissure in ano with peri-anal skin changes/excoriation. the best option for u is stop taking over the counter drugs, to continue laxative, and get ur self examined by a general surgeon, who will start correct treatment.
