Hard Painful Lump On Lumbar Spine, Back Pain. History Of Strokes, Right Side Weakness. Treatment?

I have had 3major strokes in the past 3 years with weakness on my right side. The most recent one was 4months ago. i now need to wear a brace on my right leg. Now within the last month I have a hard painful lump on my lumbar spine with Pain in my back and going down my right leg.Could it have something to do with my strokes? I am 57 year old female

these things may be interrelated to each other,keep on exercises under supervision of expert physiotherapist and keep on modalities for pain releiving,it is very rare to diagnose it superficialy,must take an advice to ortho physician.
