General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! You have not mentioned about any pain in the hard mass you felt in your right testicle. If there is no pain, there are a few causes of this which needs urgent attention by a general surgeon/urologist who after clinical examination may advise you for an ultrasound followed possibly by a biopsy. Take care and do not delay consulting your doctor. Wishing you an early recovery.
