Hello,
A hard lump just outside vagina could be a bartholin gland abscess or a cyst or it could be some abscess collection.
Consult a doctor for physical examination and management, which may require a small surgery besides anti biotic course.
Get tested for diabetes, hypothyroidism and anemia for your lethargy and fatigue.
Don't jump to the conclusion of cancer immediately.
Thanks
