Hard Lump On Right Side Of Head, Headaches, Blurred Vision, Numbness In Right Arm. Treatment?

I am a fifty year old female and have discovered a hard lump on the right side of my head above the temple. I am having frequent headaches in the morning/evening and blurred vision . These episodes last approximately one hour from the onset of the pain/blurred vision to the point the pain subsides.I am also experiencing numbness in my right arm that wakes me during the night.

Have you had an MRI to determine the etiology of the lump? I might suggest having a full workup with complete CBC, thyroid and family history.
